About this opportunity

The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) is requesting quotations for ThoughtFarmer Intranet Redesign Services under RFQ 2026-69-ADM, with proposals due September 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. This procurement is restricted to New York State small businesses certified as Minority or Women Owned Businesses (M/WBE) pursuant to Article 15-A or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) pursuant to Article 3 of the New York State Veterans' Services Law — a set-aside that eliminates non-certified vendors from eligibility.

NYSIF intends to award a single contract with a maximum value of $1.5 million under its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law 163(6). The scope comprises intranet redesign services using ThoughtFarmer, a specified platform.

The designated procurement contacts are Kolby Carpenter and Alex Wojtach at NYSIF, 15 Computer Drive West, Albany, New York 12205, contracts@nysif.com. All questions must reference "NYSIF 2026-69-ADM" in the subject line. Under State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k, communications with NYSIF personnel other than the designated contacts may disqualify a prospective bidder and affect future procurements with New York State governmental entities. Bidders are solely responsible for monitoring NYSIF's Procurement website at www.nysif.com/procurement for amendments, clarifications, and announcements; failure to incorporate applicable amendments into proposals may result in non-responsive determinations. The complete calendar of events is detailed in the RFQ document, available on NYSIF's website.
