The estimated total cost is $7,912,500 for the initial one-year contract period and $39,562,100 for the full five-year term. The initial contract year carries firm pricing; pricing adjustments are permitted at one-year intervals thereafter, calculated using the Producer Price Index with a maximum allowable increase of 4% unless authorized otherwise by the Manager of the Procurement Division. The contract commences upon execution and extends for 60 months. A liquidated damages clause of $200 per calendar day applies for failure to meet completion deadlines. The County is exempt from federal and state sales taxes.
