The contract carries a not-to-exceed amount of $364,034 for an initial three-year term, with two optional extensions (one two-year extension or two one-year extensions) for a maximum total of five years. All funding is contingent on annual fund availability, satisfactory program performance, and demonstrated need. The contract requires compliance with San Francisco's social and economic policy requirements including Health Care Accountability Ordinance (HCAO) and Minimum Compensation Ordinance (MCO) provisions, prevailing wage requirements, nondiscrimination provisions, and First Source Hiring Program participation. Nonprofit proposers receiving $250,000 or more annually in City funds must comply with Chapter 12L transparency requirements. Written questions are due September 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST.
