The scope encompasses daily on-site inspection, quality assurance testing review, deficiency identification, and coordination services throughout the construction phase. Proposers must submit hourly rates including mileage and other fee components with rates firm for 60 calendar days; travel time must be included in the rate, and only on-site time is billable. Proposals are limited to five letter-size pages (front side only) with 10-point minimum font, plus a separate one-page signed letter of interest.
