Opportunity text
Sonoma County Public Infrastructure (SPI) is inviting qualified firms to submit a statement of qualifications (SOQ) to provide on-call right-of-way management consulting services to cover all aspects of right-of-way management. These services will primarily support the work of the Engineering Division for road and bridge projects; however, the selected Consultant may also be assigned work on projects in areas such as Land Development, Integrated Waste, Transit, and Sonoma County Airport. The County intends to award a Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) to one consultant for a term of three years with the option of a 1-year time extension and a not-to-exceed value of $700,000. Please note, an executed Agreement between the selected Consultant and SPI does not guarantee a minimum amount of work. All qualified firms interested in providing these services are invited to submit a SOQ. The SOQ submittals will be evaluated and ranked according to the criteria provided in Section 3, of this RFQ. Funding for project specific work may come from Local, State, or Federal sources including Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and California Governors Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES). To ensure compliance with differing FHWA and FEMA contract requirements, the selected Consultant will be required to track all hours spent on a specific project and separate these hours in monthly invoice submittals
