Voluntary numerical diverse business goals have been established at 10% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), 6% Women Business Enterprise (WBE), 25% Washington Small Business, and 6% Veterans. The successful bidder must register and create an account in the DES Diversity Compliance program (B2Gnow).

The estimated base bid cost range is $245,000 to $270,000. The project is subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates applicable to Pierce County. Place of performance is Camp Murray, Pierce County, Washington. Sealed bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on August 12, 2026, at the State of Washington Military Department Construction & Facilities Management Office, Building #36, Quartermaster Road, Camp Murray, WA 98430-5052, with public bid opening at approximately 2:05 p.m. the same day.

Security clearance and compliance with the REAL ID Act of 2005 are required for access to the bid submittal location; bidders are encouraged to pre-register using the electronic DBIDS Pre-Enrollment Application. Contract award is contingent upon receipt of federal funding, and the successful bidder must execute the contract by September 30, 2026, due to funding constraints.
