Compensation is task-order based with fully burdened hourly rates for four classifications: Senior Labor Compliance Specialist (125 estimated annual hours at $125 per hour), Labor Compliance Analyst (1,000 estimated annual hours), Administrative Assistant/Labor Compliance Support (100 estimated annual hours), and Compliance Trainer (75 estimated annual hours). All pricing must be firm and fixed for the entire agreement term, inclusive of fees, overhead, fringe benefits, and incidental costs. Travel expenses are reimbursable at GSA per diem rates for San Diego.
