About this opportunity

The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, on behalf of the PA Lottery, is requesting bids for 450 replacement plexiglass panels for 16-inch playstation units, with bids due August 5, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder under an IFB for firm fixed-price delivery.

Plexiglass panels must measure 15½ inches wide by 6 inches high with rounded edges and two drilled holes positioned approximately ½ inch from the top edge. No physical proof is required for this solicitation. Delivery must occur within 40 business days following proof approval. Packaging must comply with Commonwealth Supplier Shipping & Receiving Guidelines, with individual packages not exceeding 50 pounds and all boxed materials labeled with quantity and description.

Bidders must register in the Commonwealth's Vendor Master file and submit firm unit pricing. The Commonwealth reserves the right to award by line item if deemed advantageous. All products must be new or remanufactured unless otherwise specified, with delivery F.O.B. Destination and a one-year warranty included. The Commonwealth reserves the right to conduct post-payment testing and inspection.

Bidders must complete and submit the Domestic Workforce Utilization Certification Form, Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form (BOP 2201), Reciprocal Limitations Act Requirements form (GSPUR89), Lobbying Certification Form (BOP 1307), and Iran Free Procurement Certification Form (BOP 1701). Compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, environmental regulations, and nondiscrimination provisions is required. Pennsylvania resident bidders may claim preference status if documented as bona fide establishments as of the initial solicitation date. The Reciprocal Limitations Act form establishes preference adjustments for in-state bidders and suppliers based on equivalent preferences applied by other states, ranging from 1 to 15 percent depending on state and product category. Failure to complete required certifications or comply with the Reciprocal Limitations Act submission timeline (within two business days of issuing office notification) results in bid rejection.
