Required insurance includes general liability of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, automobile liability of $1 million combined single limit, and workers' compensation with statutory limits. Payment and performance bonds are required for each purchase order exceeding $100,000.
Pricing is submitted on a unit-price basis via completed bid form in Excel format. Metro evaluates all line items, with total evaluated bid amount used for award determination. The mandatory pre-offer meeting was held August 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Questions are due August 24, 2026.
