About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is requesting bids for rental vehicle service for its Liability Claims Program, with bids due July 29, 2026. Award will go to the single vendor offering the lowest acceptable pricing; all vendors must meet all Scope of Work requirements to be considered responsive.

The procurement requires Bonfire registration to access full details and the bid table. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight included in the overall price; DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Time and rate of delivery are material to performance — seller failure to meet specified delivery timing or rate is grounds for rejection and default termination.

Payment terms are Net 30. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate (one marked "Original") to APInvoices@dart.org and include purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. All purchase orders are subject to DART's standard Terms and Conditions, available in the Supporting Documentation section.
