All roof penetration flashings must be removed and replaced. Work must be completed within 120 days of award, Monday through Friday, with the facility remaining occupied. Roofing products must be from a single manufacturer; GAF-ELK Materials Corporation is specified as basis-of-design with CertainTeed Corporation or approved equals permitted. The bid price must include all materials, labor, disposal, and site cleanup with no separate line items allowed. Work is guaranteed for one year. Written questions are due October 2, 2026; official responses will be issued by October 6. Award decisions may be made within 90 days of the bid deadline.
