Bidders must demonstrate experience with at least three similar projects valued at $600,000 or more completed within the past seven years and must verify that aggregate sources meet WSDOT Aggregate Source Approval standards or provide third-party testing documentation.
The estimated bid range is $878,423.40 to $1,073,628.60. The contract completion time is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $250.00 per day for delays. Bidders must be registered Washington State contractors under Chapter 18.27 RCW and submit a bid bond equal to 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates apply. Apprenticeship participation is mandatory at 15% of labor hours. No pre-bid conference is scheduled; bid results are typically available within three business days of the deadline.
