About this opportunity

The City of Boston is requesting sealed bids for Pursuit Interceptor Marked vehicles for the Boston Police Department, with bids due August 5, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. and public bid opening at One City Hall Square Room 808. The contract term is one year, and award is contingent on Mayor approval and availability of appropriated funds.

Bidders must comply with Massachusetts prevailing wage laws where applicable, maintain required insurance coverage, certify non-debarment status, and comply with non-discrimination and human trafficking statutes. Successful bidders have ten calendar days from notice of acceptance to execute the contract and provide required security. The City may terminate for cause with reasonable notice or for convenience with seven days' written notice and retains ownership of all deliverables and work product.

Prospective bidders should contact Chris Radcliffe at 617-635-3422 or Christopher.radcliffe@boston.gov. All bid documents are available through the City of Boston Supplier Portal (boston.gov/departments/procurement) under Event EV00017692.
