About this opportunity

The City of Inglewood is requesting bids for pressure washing and bus shelter cleaning services under RFB, with proposals due October 1, 2026.

The scope requires the contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to clean bus shelters and adjacent sidewalks within 10 feet of bus stops on a predetermined schedule. Deliverables include removal of trash, gum, stickers, graffiti, debris, and human bio-waste using pressure washing equipment and treatment of foul-smelling stains with fragrant disinfectant. The contractor must maintain site conditions in neat and clean appearance and promptly notify the Public Works Director or designee of potential problems caused by development or construction activities that interrupt routine maintenance.

The City acknowledges that Inglewood is a continuously growing area where construction and development may periodically disrupt the maintenance program, and the contractor must adapt accordingly. All day-to-day operations will be administered by the Public Works Director or his designee.

The source material does not specify contract value, term length, set-asides or preferences, incumbent contractor, evaluation criteria, or other procurement timeline events such as pre-bid meetings or question deadlines.
