The DJJ is seeking proposals from community, faith-based, not-for-profit organizations, LLCs, and/or divisions of local government to design, create, develop, implement, manage, and ensure coordination of local delivery of these residential and non-residential statewide services for youth between the ages of 8 and 18 and their families. The DJJ has set a deadline of January 29, 2024, for responses to the ITN and plans to issue a final agency decision on January 25, 2024.

The ITN does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. However, it does indicate that the DJJ is seeking a single lead agency to provide all of the requested service components. While the ITN does not provide specific pricing terms or funding amounts, it states that the initial contract award is approximately $48,437,029.00 annually, with the possibility of increases or decreases based on available grant funding to the Department. The lead agency selected will be responsible for contracting with local service providers and overseeing all components of training, service delivery, contract management, and operations.
