Materials and parts costs are reimbursed separately. The contract term runs October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with options for the County to renew for up to four additional one-year periods automatically unless the County provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty days prior to expiration. The County will award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
