The initial contract term is one year beginning September 14, 2026, with automatic renewal for successive one-year periods through September 13, 2029, unless the state provides 30 days' non-renewal notice. The contractor must maintain commercial general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence, auto liability of $1,000,000 per accident, and workers' compensation insurance with statutory limits.
