Proposers must provide comprehensive documentation, training, and post-implementation support including a dedicated project manager, biweekly status meetings, and monthly reports.

The initial contract term is one year from execution with three optional one-year extension periods subject to City Manager approval. No specific contract value ceiling is disclosed in the RFP; contracts exceeding $75,000 require City Manager approval and those exceeding $250,000 require City Council approval.
