The City requires Comprehensive General Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 per-person and per-occurrence limits, Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit, and Workers' Compensation Insurance with $1,000,000 minimum limits, with the City named as additional insured. The City makes no commitment regarding the amount of service required and reserves the right to increase or decrease work at any time without affecting quoted prices.
