About this opportunity
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is requesting sealed bids to establish a blanket purchase order for replacement parts for New Holland tractors and implements, with bids due September 9, 2026.
All submissions must be uploaded electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com. Respondents must register before accessing the system and allow at least one business day for file upload. The TDCJ recommends that vendors monitor the Bonfire portal for any solicitation amendments issued by public notice. Questions regarding solicitation specifications may be submitted through the electronic bid system by stated deadlines. All responses received by the advertised due date and time are final, conclusive, and irrevocable; no amendments or corrections are permitted after the deadline, though vendors may withdraw and resubmit prior to closing.
Respondents must provide pricing on TDCJ-specified forms. Prices are firm for thirty days from the response due date. Delivery shall be quoted F.O.B. destination with freight prepaid and allowed; respondents must state calendar days required for delivery, and failure to do so obligates a default fourteen-day window. The TDCJ reserves the right to make awards based on low line-item response, low total of line items, or any combination serving the State's best interest.
Before award, respondents must obtain and provide a Texas Identification Number (T.I.N.S.) and Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). All goods are subject to inspection and testing by TDCJ personnel, with the vendor bearing all costs for products failing to meet specifications. Respondents must comply with applicable federal and state laws, including E-Verify requirements, OSHA standards, debarment certifications, child support obligations, excluded-party designations, and prohibitions on boycotts of Israel and energy companies. The contract is governed by Texas law with venue in Travis County. The TDCJ may terminate for convenience with thirty days' written notice or for non-appropriation of funds without penalty or liability to the agency. The TDCJ may extend any resulting contract up to three months at its sole discretion.
