About this file
This is a submission instructions document issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) in September 2025 related to a sealed bid solicitation for replacement parts for New Holland tractors and implements. The document provides procedural guidance for respondents participating in this procurement opportunity. All submissions must be uploaded electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with respondents required to register before accessing the system. Vendors must ensure their submissions are uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, with the document recommending that vendors allow at least one business day for the upload process to accommodate file sizes and internet connectivity variables. Respondents may submit questions or requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications through the electronic bid system by specified deadlines, and all amendments to the solicitation will be issued via public notice within the same system, making it the respondent's responsibility to monitor for and obtain any relevant amendments.
The document establishes that all responses received by TDCJ at the advertised due date and time are deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable, with no amendments or corrections permitted after the deadline. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses prior to the due date, but once the submission window closes, no further modifications are allowed. The document emphasizes that it is the sole responsibility of each respondent organization to ensure successful submission before the deadline, regardless of any technical limitations on the respondent's end. Technical support for the Euna Procurement platform is available through email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via the vendor knowledge base at https://customer.eunasolutions.com/public/s/knowledge-base/bonfire-hub. Respondents are advised to verify submission completeness by reviewing uploaded documents after receiving a "Submission Complete" status notification, as document modifications cannot be made after the close date.

Submission
It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.
All responses must be SUCCESSFULLY submitted before the due date and time regardless of your organization's ability to submit responses online. It is the respondent's sole responsibility to ensure that response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time.
