The scope encompasses cabling installation, pathway installation, device end installation, telecommunications room termination, testing and certification, and related records and documentation. Vendors must provide labor rates for lead technicians, technicians, apprentices, project managers, and same-day/next-day call-out response, along with unit pricing for CommScope Cat6 cable pulls and terminations, stranded copper cable work, EMT conduit installation, Wiremold/Panduit installation, patch panel terminations, and troubleshooting services. Vendors must also submit miscellaneous material and rental equipment markup percentages.

Labor rates, unit pricing, and markups shall remain firm for the initial contract term, with subsequent annual increases limited to the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U, Denver-Aurora-Lakewood Region) or 3 percent, whichever is lower, unless District-approved. The District may extend any awarded agreement for up to four additional one-year terms through written amendments. Written questions are due September 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. MT.
