The scope includes a 16-foot-wide reinforced concrete trail through a wash beneath existing vehicular and pedestrian bridges, connecting the Legacy Trail parking area south of SR 159 to the trail system north of the highway. The estimated project cost ranges from $3.601 million to $3.98 million.
