About this opportunity
The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) is requesting quotations for KiteWorks Solutions software under RFQ 2026-110-IT, with proposals due September 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. This procurement is restricted to New York State small businesses certified as Minority or Women Owned Businesses (M/WBE) pursuant to Article 15-A or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) pursuant to Article 3 of the New York State Veterans' Services Law — a hard set-aside that filters all non-eligible vendors.
NYSIF anticipates awarding a single contract with a maximum value not to exceed $1.5 million. The procurement is exercised under State Finance Law 163(6) discretionary purchasing authority. The full solicitation document is available at www.nysif.com/procurement. All amendments, clarifications, and announcements will be posted there; bidders bear sole responsibility for monitoring the website and incorporating all applicable amendments into their proposals, with failure to do so resulting in non-responsive proposals.
Questions must be directed to designated staff Jacob Paulino and Ryan Cerone at NYSIF, 15 Computer Drive West, Albany, NY 12205, or contracts@nysif.com with "NYSIF 2026-110-IT" in the subject line. Communications with other NYSIF personnel may disqualify the prospective bidder and affect future procurements with New York State governmental entities. All bidders must comply with State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k communication restrictions during the procurement process.
NYSIF encourages eligible companies not yet certified to pursue M/WBE or SDVOB certification through the NYS Empire State Development website or the Division of Service-Disabled Veterans' Business Development within the NYS Office of General Services prior to proposal submission.
