Destination with freight prepaid and no additional fuel surcharges permitted unless specified in the bid.
The contract term runs from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with options to renew for up to four additional one-year terms for a total potential period of five years. The estimated annual requirement is approximately 11 dry metric tons of sludge cake. Award is made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contractor must maintain workers' compensation and liability insurance with the Authority listed as additional insured, hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements, and provide a current Safety Data Sheet and certificate of analysis for the chemical product.
