The contractor must provide municipal or commercial references for work completed within the last ten years and may hold manufacturer certifications or welding or access control systems certifications.
The contract term runs one year from July 22, 2026 through July 21, 2027, with four optional one-year renewals available by mutual agreement if renewal requests are submitted within 60 days of expiration. The contractor must maintain sufficient staff and equipment to perform up to two simultaneous assignments and must be available 24/7 for emergencies, responding by phone within two hours and on-site within four hours. Normal work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work estimates are due within two business days of request and must include estimated hours, hourly rates, and material costs.
