The contract term is three years with two one-year renewal options, subject to mutual agreement. The City reserves the right to award by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or in a method deemed most advantageous to the City. Insurance must be obtained within 15 days of award; no performance bond is required. The City may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice if performance, timeliness, or quality is unsatisfactory.

Questions are due July 10, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's Bonfire solicitation portal and must include a $100 bid security along with Business Information Form, Conflict of Interest Policy, Local Preference Affidavit, SBE Affidavit, and DRIVE policy documentation.
