About this opportunity

The Housing Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting bids for lawn care services at the Big Cypress Reservation under ITB 39-2026, with bids due September 18, 2026. This procurement is restricted to qualified Seminole Tribal Member vendors — a tribal set-aside that filters eligibility.

The scope encompasses three service categories. Lawn cutting is required weekly June through October and bi-weekly November through May, with each visit including weed and trash removal from flower beds, line trimming and edging around fence lines, driveways, air-conditioning units, generators, plants, flower beds, sprinkler heads, sidewalks, and patios; removal and disposal of clippings; weed and vine removal; and inspection, cleaning, adjustment, repair, and reset of irrigation systems and sprinkler heads as needed. Tree, hedge, plant, and shrub trimming up to ten feet is scheduled monthly June through October and bi-monthly November through May. Fertilization and mulching are performed twice annually in May and October. Performance is at the Big Cypress Reservation.

The source does not identify an estimated contract value, contract term length, or incumbent contractor. No evaluation criteria, pre-bid meeting, or question-submission deadline are specified in the available excerpt.
