The contract term runs October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2029 (three years), with up to two one-year renewal options subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. Insurance requirements include $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability per occurrence with $2,000,000 aggregate, $1,000,000 Employers Liability, and products/completed operations coverage maintained for two years post-completion.
