All contractors must participate in the state's Electronic Payment program for invoice processing. Quotes must remain binding for 120 days following submission.
Questions are due in writing by July 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.; answers will be provided by July 16. Contact Brendan Perperian, Contract Management Specialist 1, at (518) 549-1734 or Brendan.Perperian@omh.ny.gov.
