The initial contract period runs one year from the award date or June 13, 2026 (whichever is later), with no renewal options. The County reserves the right to award on a total-bid-price basis or item-by-item as it deems in its best interest. All prices, terms, and conditions are fixed for the contract period with no price adjustments or escalations. The using agency is responsible for paying all permits, licenses, and fees imposed by Broward County.
