If construction occurs between February 15 and August 31, the contractor must retain a qualified wildlife biologist to conduct migratory bird surveys and implement protection measures. All materials suppliers and rental equipment companies with written agreements exceeding $10,000 must establish accounts in the City's B2GNow software system.
