The law firm operates under OGC supervision and must maintain coordination with the DMVA Office of Chief Counsel. Subcontracting or assignment requires prior written consent from the General Counsel. The firm must maintain professional liability insurance customary for its size and practice area and disclose all conflicts of interest through OGC's established waiver procedure.
