The Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida is requesting sealed bids for drainage improvements at SW 185th Way & SW 57th Court, with bids due November 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. EST and a pre-bid conference on October 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EDT (in-person at SWR Town Hall and via Microsoft Teams).

The scope includes roadside swales, manholes, catch basins, piping, driveway restorations, brush clearing, swale regrading, and site restoration within the Town's right-of-way and designated drainage easements. All labor, equipment, and materials are the contractor's responsibility. Work requires close coordination with the Town and its Engineer.

Insurance and bid bonds are required. Bidders must comply with the Cone of Silence policy, which prohibits communication with Town Council members, professional staff, and selection committee members from solicitation advertisement through the Town Council's written recommendation; violations result in proposer disqualification or render the award voidable at the Town's discretion.

Questions are due October 28, 2026 and must be directed to Christina Semeraro via the Q&A portal, email (csemeraro@swranches.org), or phone (954-434-0008).
