The contractor must respond to emergency requests within 12 hours and all other requests within 24 hours.
The contract is structured as a blanket purchase order with multiple potential awards and a five-year term (base year plus four option years). Pricing is submitted on a fee schedule basis including regular and after-hours labor rates, travel charges per item, and material markup percentages. HUD maintenance wage rates apply: Maintenance, Installation or Repair Worker at $26.82 per hour, Automatic Door Repairer at $29.96 per hour, and Carpenter at $27.44 per hour for the initial year, with annual adjustments for option years.
