The initial contract term is three years beginning the Spring 2027 semester (late January 2027), with two optional one-year renewals at the College's sole discretion. The vendor must provide initial onboarding and provisioning, ongoing technical support on an as-needed basis, and training upon request.

Technical requirements mandate WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, SOC 2 Type 2 certification, 99.0% uptime with service credits for failures below 99.5%, daily backups with 90-day retention, and support response times of one hour for system outages, two hours for severe disruptions, one business day for limited disruptions, and two business days for minor issues. Mandatory helpdesk coverage is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST; 24/7 support is preferred. Upon contract termination, the contractor must return all CUNY data and provide independent certification of destruction within 90 calendar days.

The College evaluates proposals on best value. All proposers must acknowledge and include Addendum Nos. 1, 2, and 3 with their submissions; proposals lacking properly signed addenda will be rejected.
