The AIA Document A101-2017 Standard Form of Agreement will govern on a lump-sum stipulated basis. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder within 60 days of bid opening. A two-year warranty on materials and workmanship applies, with contractor response required within four hours of defect notification.
