The City does not guarantee the number of assignments or dollar value of fees for any successful proposer. The contract term is three years with the opportunity for two additional one-year renewal periods at the City's sole discretion.

Evaluation occurs in Phase I on October 29, 2026, followed by informal interviews or presentations on November 5, 2026, with City Commission approval anticipated in December 2026.
