Vendors must carry comprehensive general liability insurance with limits of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million policy aggregate, automobile liability insurance of $1 million combined single limit, and umbrella or excess coverage of $2 million, all rated A:VII or better by A.M. Best. The successful proposer must furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds equal to 100 percent of the contract amount, or a Letter of Credit for contracts under $100,000. Payment terms are 30 days net from invoice receipt and approval. Delivery is F.O.B. Schaumburg, Illinois. All proposers must comply with prevailing wage requirements, the Illinois Fair Employment Practices Act, and the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act. The resulting contract will be structured as a purchase order referencing proposal specifications. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Village's OpenGov e-Procurement Portal.
