Delivery must occur under the apparatus's own power with factory-trained technician support, and the contractor must provide delivery timeline estimates with a late penalty clause for delays. Warranty minimums include 24 months bumper-to-bumper and chassis coverage, 5 years or 100,000 miles engine warranty, and 10-year LED lighting warranty, with the principal manufacturer as the single point of warranty administration.
