Work must be performed Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at an occupied residential facility and completed within 90 days of purchase order award.

Quotes must be submitted using the official bid form provided by OPWDD to Brooklyn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov and must include itemized materials and labor cost breakdowns. All pricing must include materials, labor, equipment, overhead, disposal fees, and site cleanup, and remain valid for 60 days following the bid deadline. Prevailing wage rates per NYSDOL schedule (PRC# 2026016354) apply; for example, Carpenter-Building in District 2 is $38.38 per hour base wage plus $24.84 per hour in supplemental benefits. Certified payroll records must be submitted to NYSDOL every 30 days and at invoicing. Questions are due June 25, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Subcontractors require written pre-approval from OPWDD. Selected contractors must provide certificates of liability, automotive, workers' compensation, and disability insurance, and a completed lobbying law form.
