The estimated contract value is $190,000. The initial contract term is one year from award with no optional renewal periods. Bidders must submit pricing on a firm fixed-price basis using the mandatory pricing schedule as four lump-sum line items covering removal/disposal, equipment and installation, electrical and controls work, and startup/testing/commissioning. Questions are due July 22, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., with answers posted by July 30. Performance and payment bonds are required; bond costs must be included in the base bid. Financial rating reports from Dun & Bradstreet or Fitch Ratings demonstrating solvency are required. Contractor must comply with Texas prevailing wage rates under Texas Government Code Section 2258, maintain insurance with A.M.
