The contract is fixed-price hybrid with definite quantity line items for the 26 signage systems, training services, and 54 months of maintenance and support, plus an indefinite quantity line item for potential additional services estimated at $250,000. The contract term is five years from Notice of Award, with an initial performance period of 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed for deliverables and training.
