About this opportunity
Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division (MLGW) is requesting quotations for 2,488 units of UBICQUIA brand control photoelectric smart devices (Model UBICQUIA BNDL-NA UBC-CATM-10YR) with bids due September 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time and delivery required by September 18, 2026. This is a sealed-bid RFQ restricted to invited suppliers registered in MLGW's iSupplier Portal; bidders must respond to the full quantity on the line item.
The devices are 7-pin twist-lock type multi-volt photoelectric units rated for 120V–277V operation. All units must ship to NC03 SR 85 Ship Receive, 1060 Tupelo Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38108-2423, FOB Memphis dock with prepaid freight permitted.
Pricing must be submitted on a per-unit basis with all costs inclusive of shipping, packaging, labeling, customs duties, taxes, storage, insurance, boxing, and crating. The price-warranty provision requires quoted prices be no less favorable than those currently extended to any other customer for the same articles in similar quantities. MLGW's purchases are exempt from state and local taxes, and payment processing requires a minimum of 30 days from invoice receipt or goods acceptance, whichever is later.
The procurement includes locally owned small business (LSB) participation goals. Bidders must be registered MLGW suppliers and submit complete bid documentation including specifications exceptions and certification forms, with acknowledgment of acceptance of all terms and conditions through blue-ink signature. Bidders must demonstrate debarment compliance and foreign adversary certifications and provide environmental sustainability commitments. Failure to submit all required documentation may render bids non-conforming.
