About this opportunity
Weber Health Services is requesting proposals for an AI-assisted clinical note writing system for behavioral health documentation, with proposals due October 3, 2026. Submit proposals to shellyg@weberhs.org.
The system must integrate with Weber Health Services' existing EHR and workflow, including API or interface capabilities, and support behavioral health documentation workflows. The vendor must demonstrate HIPAA compliance and provide a Business Associate Agreement. The system must address 42 CFR Part 2 requirements, implement encryption and data retention controls, enforce access controls, and handle recordings and transcripts appropriately. The vendor must provide implementation assistance, training, and ongoing technical support scaled to a behavioral health organization of Weber Health Services' size.
Evaluation weights: Behavioral Health Documentation Quality (25%); Privacy, Security & Regulatory Compliance (20%); Ease of Use & Clinician Workflow (20%); EHR Integration & Technical Fit (15%); Implementation & Vendor Support (10%); Cost / Overall Value (10%). Proposals are scored on a 1–5 scale per criterion, with the rating multiplied by the weight.
