About this opportunity

The Department of State Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation (ISN/CTR) is seeking applicants to conduct an analysis of CTR program work from June 2020 through June 2021 using the provided evaluation tool. This analysis will assess CTR program effectiveness in partner countries, identify needs for new initiatives, and help determine future programmatic activities. Applicants must use the templates provided to submit proposals by January 31, 2020, outlining their analysis methodology and how they will measure outcomes against CTR objectives. The analysis will then be used to assess CTR programs and guide resource allocation for the following year.

The Global Threat Reduction program (CFDA #19.033) provides funding for reducing international threats. Awards under this opportunity are cooperative agreements to perform work in CTR partner countries from June 2020 through June 2021. Reimbursable expenses should be estimated using the budget template, with performance taking place where CTR programs are active in foreign nations.

Synopsis

CTR is seeking a new analysis of program work from June 2020 - June 2021 using this evaluation tool for programming that occurred in CTR partner countries for the above-mentioned programmatic mission areas. This analysis will provide CTR with solid empirical basis to assess CTR effectiveness, devise new initiatives where needed, and choose among different activities to meet future programmatic needs.
