Carter Consulting HITE

The Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is forecasting a recompete contract for professional services and administrative support, with an estimated award date of September 1, 2025. The opportunity appears to focus on providing strategic communications, grants management training, technical assistance, and professional consulting across domains including emergency management and public health. No specific set-aside status is indicated for this procurement.

The forecasted contract has a ceiling value of $2,000,000.00 and will likely involve multiple award recipients. The primary point of contact is Terri Head from the National Center for Environmental Health (NCEH), who can be reached at iio1@cdc.gov. While the specific place of performance is not explicitly stated, the services are expected to support CDC's operational needs across various administrative and strategic functions.

The incumbent contractor is Hite Consulting Inc., which currently holds a Federal Supply Schedule contract (GS00F233DA) awarded on July 25, 2016, with an ultimate completion date of July 24, 2026. Under the existing contract, Hite Consulting has previously been awarded multiple delivery order contracts with the CDC, including a $19.8 million Multiple Award Schedule for OCIO support services, ALS registry communications, and environmental public health tracking services. The recompete represents an opportunity to continue these critical government support initiatives.
