About this opportunity
This Solicitation is for a commercial services requirement to provide Ethernet services to support the operations of the Unmanned Patrol Squadron-19 (VUP-19) Detachment located in Guam. The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking quotes for a firm-fixed price contract to deliver these services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number is N6824624Q0091 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Amendment 0001 – The purpose of this amendment is to issue Attachment Questions and Answers to provide a government response to requests for information and extend the due date and time of offers.
**All previously submitted quotes must be resubmitted after the posting of this amendment in order to be considered for award.**
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial services requirement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number is N6824624Q0091 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04
(iv) This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associate NAICS code is 517111 – Wired Telecommunications Carriers - and the small business size standard in number of employees is 1,500.

(vi) The Government requires a commercial, firm-fixed price contract to provide the Unmanned Patrol Squadron-19 (VUP-19) Guam Detachment ethernet services.

(vii) The period of performance will be for one base year and one option period as indicated below:
