About this opportunity
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is seeking individuals to perform investigations of discrimination complaints, management-initiated investigations of harassment allegations, and compensatory damages claims. The selected contractors will be responsible for preparing Reports of Investigations (ROI) for the USPS National Equal Employment Opportunity Investigative Services Office (NEEOISO). Key requirements include demonstrating expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, federal EEO statutes and regulations, and the ability to conduct investigations and produce objective reports. Offerors must successfully complete a pre-requisite case file review, scavenger hunt exercise, and eLearning course, as well as pass the EEO Investigator Skills class. The evaluation criteria prioritize the offeror's qualifications and supplier capability over past performance. The proposal is due by April 26, 2024 at 5:00 PM ET.
This is an open-ended solicitation, with the USPS accepting all qualified individuals as independent contractor investigators. The contract will be an Ordering Agreement with no minimum ordering obligation. The place of performance is Tampa, FL. Offerors must be U.S. citizens or permanent resident aliens and able to obtain a sensitive security clearance. Compensation will be based on a pre-determined NEEOISO pricing structure, with no price proposals submitted as part of the offer.
