SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for a two (2) year Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Handheld Long Range Thermal Imager Sensor Systems HHSS. The proposed contract minimum quantity is thirty-eight (38) with a contract option of an additional twenty-two (22) HHSS. Delivery terms are F.O.B.: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance: Destination. The contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The anticipated contract action award date is 30 Sept 2018.
The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, FLIR Surveillance, Inc., 25 Esquire Road N. Billerica MA 01862, CAGE: 3UVR3, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
